Refund policy

At Leatherhobs, we take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags (FOT or Leatherhobs) attached.

  • Footwear: Must be tried on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing the soles. Shoes with scratched soles cannot be returned.

  • Leather Goods: Must not show any signs of "break-in" or permanent creasing.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items on Final Clearance or "Flash Sale."

  • Customized/Personalized Items: Any leather product that has been embossed with initials or custom-made to your measurements.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care (e.g., leather damaged by water or direct sunlight).

3. The Exchange Process (Pakistan Only)

If you need a different size in Trousers, Tees, or Shoes:

  1. Contact us at [Insert Email/WhatsApp] with your Order ID.

  2. Once approved, you will ship the item back to our warehouse.

  3. Upon inspection, we will dispatch the replacement item. Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit (whichever you prefer).

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product (e.g., the wrong color Tee or size of Shoes), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs to fix the error and get the correct item to you immediately.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, it follows the standard Return Policy.
