Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Leatherhobs / FOT. We are committed to delivering your favorite premium essentials as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic: We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan via our trusted courier partners (Leopard, TCS, Trax).

  • International: Currently, we [only ship within Pakistan / ship worldwide]. If international, please contact us for custom shipping quotes.

2. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is confirmed:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 working days.

  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 4–7 working days.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of PKR [Insert Amount, e.g., 250] applies to all orders.

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above PKR [Insert Amount, e.g., 5,000].

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

  • For COD orders, please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

  • The courier will make two attempts to deliver your parcel. If both attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and we may restrict future COD privileges for that account.

  • Note: As per courier policy in Pakistan, customers are not allowed to open the parcel before making the payment. For any issues with the product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS and Email. You can use this number on the courier’s website to see exactly where your package is.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and inform us immediately at [Insert Phone/WhatsApp].

  • If the courier loses a package, we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.

7. Address Changes

We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. Please double-check your city and area code during checkout to avoid delays.
