1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Leatherhobs / FOT website and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.

2. Accuracy of Information

We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions (Tees, Trousers, Shoes, etc.). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

  • Colors: We have made every effort to display colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the true color of the fabric or leather.

  • Natural Materials: For leather products, natural variations in grain, texture, and small scars are hallmarks of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

  • Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and Credit/Debit cards. Your order is only "confirmed" once we have verified your shipping details.

4. Shipping and Delivery (Pakistan)

  • We aim to deliver within 3 to 7 working days nationwide.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier service issues. Leatherhobs is not liable for third-party courier delays.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future orders from that customer.

5. User-Generated Content

If you post a review or tag us in a photo on social media, you grant Leatherhobs / FOT a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing purposes on our website and social channels.

6. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose.

  • To infringe upon our intellectual property (copying our designs, logos, or photography).

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

7. Limitation of Liability

Leatherhobs / FOT shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products (e.g., improper care of leather or fabric resulting in damage).

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
