6. Damages & Lost Packages

Leatherhobs is liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• Take photos of the damaged packaging/product and email them to us.

Returns Shipping

We cover return shipping for defective items. For other returns, customers pay return shipping costs.
